Restaurant GrossThe civil ceremony is traditionally followed by "Kaffee und Kuchen" (coffee and cakes), with the Gala Wedding Dinner being held in the evening, either at your hotel, or at one of the many traditional restaurants, such as Gasthof Weisses Roessl, or Hirschenstuben opposite. For the coffee and cakes, why not go to the cafe bar/restaurant at the top of the famous Innsbruck Ski Jump - Bergisel -with its spectacular views.

Innsbruck has a vast range of hotels of all grades, both within the city, and in the countryside surrounding. We would recommend the four star Romantikhotel Schwarzer Adler, the 4 star modern style Austria Trend Hotel situated near the Hungerbergbahn, or the 3 star Weisses Kreuz, within walking distance of the Standesamt, where double room prices start from EUR 42,- per person per night including breakfast. Consider also, particularly in winter season, staying in the ski resort of IGLS, just 20 minutes by road from the centre of Innsbruck, with a selection of superb hotels of all grades.
